The people I’ve worked with always mention how my style is a bit different from what they’ve seen, and that’s what they like most about my work.
I like to think there’s a reason behind everything.
The reason I’m a photographer is because I love the way we can capture and portray so much emotion, meaning and reality into an image. The way I can transport you into my world and show you a moment so unique I deemed it worthy to halt it in time forever. I think that’s really cool.
I remember I started this journey when I got my first smartphone, a prehistoric Samsung Galaxy S2, and downloaded Instagram. From them on and even now I’ve just been that guy with a camera always taking photos of random streets or people or landscapes, driven by curiosity and awe, willing to explore and capture all the beautiful reality that this world can offer.
And so I feel like the way I’ve developed as a photographer, pun unintended, has polished my style into a more personal, internalised way of seeing and portraying things.
I’m humbled you’ve read this far, and I hope you enjoy my work.
